A paid reservation and valid credit card on file are required to guarantee any Skier Services product. The full amount for Skier Services products is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Each family must have their own file and children must be booked under their parent or guardian's name to ensure accuracy, security, and privacy for our guests

If you need to cancel or change a reservation, you must call or speak directly with a Skier Services agent before 5 p.m. two (2) days prior to each booked date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made one day prior to the first day will receive a partial refund.

• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows
• Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation
• Appropriate fees will apply to lessons canceled after the deadline

Military Discount

• Eligibility: Active & retired service members, spouses and dependents of active service members.
• Discount amount = 30%
• Blackout dates: None
• Book at full price, discount applied at Shop after verifying I.D.
• Guest must present military ID (or Military discharge form) at time of pick-up
• Subject to availability

Senior Discount (65+)

• Eligibility: Renters age 65 and older
• Discount amount = 30%
• Blackout dates: None
• Book at discounted price
• Subject to availability

Deer Valley Lodging Discount

• Eligibility: Varies per Lodging promotion. Lodging Reservations will qualify and notify guests.
• Discount amount = varies
• Applies to some Deer Valley Lodging packages only
• Refer guests to Lodging Reservations for qualification information and discount details (transfer to skill, DV IB Lodging)
• Lodging discounts must be booked through lodging agents

Deer Valley Employee Discount

• Eligibility: Active Deer Valley Employees (2024-25 season)

Wagner Skis Booking process:

• Due to the limited number of Wagner skis, guests must reserve specific ski lengths at the time of booking
• Accurately enter H/W/SS
• DVSS will auto-populate ski length based on guest's height:
  
  
  
  
• You must change the auto-populated ski length to match the ski length the guest will be renting (e.g., in the example above, you would type in 163 if the guest was renting the Carver)
