PURPOSE: The purpose of familiarization discounts (FAM) is to provide complimentary or reduced-rate access to the products & services that Skier Service's employees sell everyday, to better understand the guest experience firsthand. Our goal is to help these professionals better communicate our products & services to our clientelle.

• Are not part of regular employee benefits/perks

Eligible Products & Services

• Max 4 lesson: At least 2 paying guests are booked for requested ability zone
  Booked day-of only, manager approval required
• Ski Rentals: SSV Agents are allowed 5 rentals per season; $10 charge thereafter
  Instructors get 2 free rentals per season for work purposes
• Bike Rentals: SSV Agents are allowed 2 bike rentals per season. Staff are encouraged to use a different type of bike each time
